New Heights Sober House – Rules and Regualation Summary
Earning Passes (Big Five) Make your bed, complete daily chores, attend IOP, sign in/out via One Step App, and maintain sobriety.
Mandatory Meetings
- Monday night house meeting (never optional)
- Thursday in-house AA meeting (required for first 90 days)
- Weekly sponsor meetings + bi-weekly service work
Daily Expectations
- Curfew: 11pm weeknights / 1am weekends
- Chores done by 9am
- No sleeping/lying around all day
- Sign in/out when leaving
Guests
- Common areas only, no bedroom visits, no overnight guests, normal hours onl
House Cleanliness
- Dishes cleaned immediately, personal items out of common areas, label and date yourfood
Medications
- No alcohol-containing mouthwash or cold medicines
- Store meds in a lockbox, notify management of all medications
Immediate Grounds for Removal
- Any alcohol or drug use/possession
- Fraternization or sexual behavior between residents
- Theft, violence, weapons, or property damage
- Drug dealing or gambling
- Failure to comply with house expectations
Financial
- 30-day notice required to avoid losing compliance deposit
- Management may terminate housing at any time for any reason
Key Note: Residents live as participants in a recovery community, not as tenants with standard housing rights. All rules are non-negotiable and interpreted at management’s discretion.
